Terra Smasher - 6GGGG
Creature - Elemental
Terra Smasher enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a permanent, put a +1/+1 counter on Terra Smasher.
Terra Smasher has Annihilator X, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on it.
7/7
Magma Smasher - 6RRRR
Creature - Elemental
Annihilator 2
Whenever an opponent would sacrifice a permanent as the result of an Annihilator ability, instead that player sacrifices a permanent at random.
8/8
Trigger Orb - 6
Artifact
When you cast Trigger Orb, creatures you control can't attack this turn.
All creatures have Annihilator 1.
Burning Fever - 3BR
Sorcery
Target player discards three cards, sacrifices three permanents, and loses 3 life.
Burning Fever is a 6 for 1, for 5 mana. The card would totally warp the game in a way few cards ever have.
Terra Smasher takes a little too much work, but I could see some timmies get excited about it. It's got way to many Gs in the mana cost, I think 6GG would be fine.
Magma Smasher, well, say they have 10 permanents in play. Who wants to decide on two random permanents? It's way too tedious, which is why "sacrifice a random permanent" has not made it's way into M:TG yet.
Trigger Orb just tries too hard. You take a mechanic that is supposed to be a splashy cool ability on huge powerful creatures, and you are giving it to the 1/1 tokens on your board. It doesn't feel right, and it probably doesn't play well.

7/7
Sounds big and quite expensive. If it hits its good, but the card is actual just worser than the 10 mana 12/12 guy, and thats not a good thing.
You could make this card a lot cheaper and smaller to give it a real use:
Terra Smasher - GGG
Creature - Elemental
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a permanent, put a +1/+1 counter on Terra Smasher.
Terra Smasher has Annihilator X, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on it.
1/1
This way it has no counter and it starts very small (so theirs room to kill it).
You need some effect that give it +1/+1 counters (Graft etc.) and you get a pretty impressive creature. The growth for sacrifices allows some interactions aswell, especially with itself.
Magma Smasher - 6RRRR
Creature - Elemental
Annihilator 2
Whenever an opponent would sacrifice a permanent as the result of an Annihilator ability, instead that player sacrifices a permanent at random.
8/8
Here the ability is just bad, don't use annihilator if you change it anyway, the card is more intresting if its "cheaper" again, especially as the effect gets quite intresting with "sacrifice" abilities.
Chaos Annihilator RRR
Creature - Elemental
If an player would sacrifice a permanent, that player sacrifices a random permanent instead.
1/1
Just scaled down to the chaos sacrifice. Quite difficult to execute this "random" part, but it might be quite strange with fetchlands (sacrifice a fetchland and keep the land, but lose something else).
Trigger Orb - 6
Artifact
When you cast Trigger Orb, creatures you control can't attack this turn.
All creatures have Annihilator 1.
Maybe something like this will come in an Eldrazi card, that gives all "eldrazi" an additional annihilator.
But no matter what, the card is quite unfair with tokens, pretty much like the Eldrazi Monument.
Burning Fever - 3BR
Sorcery
Target player discards three cards, sacrifices three permanents, and loses 3 life.
No idea what you thought here, but this card is pretty much a Death Cloud just for your opponent, and thats allways deadly as hell, as you can't really lose a game if this resolves, unless they have millions of creautures that kill you anyway.
