So I figured there would be info here about printing custom cards or tokens but when I went looking for info on the subject I just found a bunch of closed threads.
So here is the situation. I have made a custom set of cards to be part of a casual format I created. The best comparison would be that it's like planechase. So I want to print my custom cards up. I tried card stock, but my inkjet doesn't print in the quality that I would like. I have also heard of taking the files to a print shop and getting 2 cards printed per photo then just trim them down. Does anyone have any experience with this?
To clarify, I don't care if they aren't the exact size of magic cards, I would just like them to fit in a sleeve. The thickness and weight don't matter because they aren't going into decks accept with the rest of the cards I make. They also don't need to have a back on them. I don't need it to look anything like a magic card, I would just like it to look better than my inkjet.
Does anyone have any experience, information, or ideas as to how I can make these look nice?
