wow....if this is your doodle, wheres the real one? nice work. my only complaints would be the amount of black space showing through in the wings, and some of the tool marks in the black fire(?) in the bottom.
other than that, nice work

Now see, I really like the tool marks. I think they give it a very edgy look. CC: Her anatomy is a little strange (she reminds me of the bendy rubber figures you see in stores, like Gumby or Bugs Bunny.) I'd suggest taking a closer look at her hips, forearms, and neck to try and help fix this problem.
All things considered though that is pretty wicked, and I'd really like to see a finished version of this if you get the time!

"If I take death into my life, acknowledge it, and face it squarely, I will free myself from the anxiety of death and the pettiness of life - and only then will I be free to become myself." - Martin Heidegger
The only thing I'm concerned about is how the bagground is supposed to be "dark enough", as well as how it is supposed to be cropped to fit a card. Other, than that, and to quote Borat, "Very nice!"
Okay, I just wanted to give my two cents on the anatomy.
I doodled up a little proportions chart to illustrate some stuff.
Generally, proportions are described in terms of "heads": for example, you see that the man in that link is about 8 heads tall, while the woman is a little under 7. If I recall correctly, that's a pretty tall dude and kind of a short woman.
Now, your angel appears to be 8 heads tall. That is a pretty huge lady, and she is also rail thin: as you can see, her hips are barely two heads wide. I believe men have shoulders about 3 heads across and slightly thinner hips, while women have 2 head shoulders and slightly wider hips.
I was actually rather surprised to see that up until her hips, the proportions were pretty spot on in terms of length. The fact that she's so thin makes everything seem tremendously elongated; right now her width implies that she should be far shorter than she actually is.
I would recommend (probably in the future; you seem to be pretty done with this) to make the legs a bit shorter, and everything wider. Also bellybuttons.

She isn't standing floating directly, though, but a bit sideways. Makes a bit of difference.
Only thing that I dislike is the neck, though. It's just.. Way off.
Otherwise, really good work there. Really good overall.

A+ on the wings, though, I really like those.
Oh thank you so much for the anatomy link! I just eyeball'd it because I was speed painting but anatomy's always tricky for me
Thanks for all the other comments guys! I may post an updated version of this later (although knowing me, I probably won't due to my short attention span)
I know its very rough (sat there for about 1-2 hours before I realized I should back to homework), but any CC is appreciated!

Would also love to see a finished version if you do any more work on her.
Good job.
