In the previous iteration of the front page, there was an ability to scroll through the spoilers so that if more than four or so cards from the new set had been spoiled I could go see them without having to go to the spoiler page, and clicking each one individually, or scrolling through the entire list which is sorted by color and not date.
Because of the way it loads, the buttons aren't there for mobile.
It's thought to be better to assume the user doesn't want to load a bunch of cards on the front, than assume they do.
For mobile, you'll need to click the "View Full Spoiler".
You can see the new spoiled cards in the top list, and click them individually.
You're seeing that in your PC because you've narrowed the window enough that it's assuming you're on a mobile device. If you click the = and choose "Desktop Mode", it'll keep it acting like normal regardless of the window size.

Well, thank you about the tip about loading it on my desktop. I held down control and one click of the scroll wheel later the buttons appeared (oddly, they appear at any magnification, even the one I had before. Simply rolling the wheel fixed it.) As for my phone though, even requesting a desktop site does nothing so I guess I'll just have to settle for things working on my PC.

On the front page, you can scroll to the right, and it will show you sets of five, sorted by Newest First.
The spoiler page also continues to have the box at the top listing when each card was added, in order.
Click where the red arrows point to scroll left/right.
