Hello, I looked through the FAQs and read through the methods of working with signatures and can't seem to get my link to show up correctly. I'm a regular member here and would like to link to my recently published novel but I can't get the display to view correctly.
Is there a reason that a [url] tag wouldn't work? You also seem to have a random [size] tag at the end.
I mean that I want it to show the image. This is a link that should show my book cover. I removed the size tag. Could someone please help me make this link show the visual?

I won't be able to fix your sig for a couple hours while I'm out, but the issue is you copy pasted in HTML tags.
Just like the forums, sigs use bbcode.
Just change the html <A> tag to a [URL=Link url] tag, and the <img src> to a [img]book cover image url[/img] tag.
it should look like [url=...][img]...[/img][/url] with the "..." Being the two urls of course

That's very scary looking! If you could surgically fix it I would be very happy. I think I would botch that pretty badly

You can see if you click on the ENORMOUS picture of kozilek that you link to my kozilek list. If you can give me the URL of the page you want + the url of your image I can put it together and you can just copy + paste it into your sig.
This is the same workaround I got from Feyd and worked with TS in a PM with the actual link. Now it's just a matter of shrinking the image, because my image was too large as well.
Here is the information ISBPathfinder supplied, except with your data instead of his. As ISBPathfinder and Cryogen pointed out, the resizing doesn't seem to be working (even though I added it into the tag anyway) so check it out in the Spoiler tag:

Finally home, sorry.
Signature is fixed.
I also went ahead and resized the image and uploaded it here.
Not sure on Amazon's hotlinking policy, but I figured it'd be best either way to host it here.
Of note:
There isn't a way to force a size on images.
In signatures, however, the maximum height/width is automatically enforced (based on what we allow in signatures).
TS could always go for floating the image and doing his other stuff to the side similarly to how I do mine. I Keep a sig image and I also have other things to the right of mine.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Please help! = )

The basic format is this:
[url=www.yourwebpage.com][img]www.LinkToYourImage.jpg[/img][/url]
This turns out to look something like this below.
