This is a pretty simple issue. I used the "Desktop View" button in the menu on my android so I could use the full post editor, and now I'm stuck in desktop view. I cannot find a button anywhere to switch back to mobile view. Am I dumb or are the web developers?
Scroll to the very bottom of the page. Just below the footer's text links & Curse copyright line there should be a "Mobile View" button across the bottom.
I'll look into why the "Mobile View" text isn't showing up for you.
You might be stuck in the broken desktop mode.
That gray bar should still link you to mobile.
If it doesn't, or if you get seemingly stuck in desktop view, Clear Your Cookies.
You'll have to log back in, but you will default back into mobile view.
I found the gray bar, but clicking it just sent me to the top of the page like an alink or something. Clearing cookies worked though, thanks for the workaround.
Has anyone ever figured this out? My mobile phone has been stuck in desktop view for months and it's seriously annoying.
Which browser are you using? I just tried it on my phone and I also do not see anything that lets me switch back to Mobile View. However, I cleared my cookies and that worked. I am using an Android Phone with Chrome as my browser so maybe it works differently for different browsers?

Side note: I use Mobile View on my desktop because the desktop view is pretty bad for a few reasons since they went through and did their UI update a few months back. Now, if only they would add the "go to last comment" button in Mobile View, it would be perfect.
