This thread has totally slipped my mind for way too long.

Congrats on the third win in a row, everyone!

As to what I've been up to during my absence: I've recently confirmed into an internship in Germany! I'll be headed to Karlsruhe in late May, and will be staying there until late August; I'll be researching the high temperature oxidation of silicon carbide at the Karlsruhe Intstitute for Technology.

I finally finished up with the semester from hell at school; got mostly B+'s with an A and an A- mixed in, so that took a load off. I'm fairly certain that will be my hardest semester in college, so it's all downhill from here.

How's everyone else doing?

First week of the new semester done. Game theory seems to have some fun concepts in it. The game of Chomp is complicated...

I dunno how many cards I'm going to want signed by Christopher Rush, but I think I'll be getting in his line at least 3 times...

Simply put yes and you won't stop me...

and Lasersharp: I don't get your discontent with last contest results to be honest... I realize you want to give other clans a chance ( notably Dimir) but we won fair and square.

The results were bound to be like that, as we made a full 20-minute file; I kinda thought the win was (almost) inevitable when I saw what we were up against.

Of course, it's not like I have much control over things myself when I hardly contributed a thing.

It's not really discontent with the results, but rather discontent that many things I say around here don't get replied to as much as I want... I find that I'm repeating myself kinda often in this thread, actually; usually when I post a link to something I made, not many people reply to it until I link to it a second time. (When will it ever end?...)

Also, the idea I came up with for my script (the "lazy" script) in the last contest didn't get used. That was just one thing I kinda wish was implemented, though the fact that it wasn't may have been a communication error on my part.

@RA, I apologize if that's what it came across as. I didn't expect anyone to take it seriously.

Of course you can keep winning... I'll still try to help when I can (which may or may not be very often). As far as last year goes, the only thing I did to help was to provide renders on the contests that involved doing things with cards. I think part of it is that I feel bad for taking the trophy with me because I hardly contributed a thing last year.

Hm... I should totally make a crossword clan contest again. Wait, no, probably not...
