At first glance I wasn't sure if I liked oona, queen of the fae or not as a general but decided to build her for giggles then thinking it over she is perfect for not only milling and exiling but perfect for reanimation/control as well on top of a nice evasive body for hitting 21 damage. I've seen both positives and negatives of using her however, I think the pros outweigh the cons. Cards like Grave pact, Anowon, the ruin sage, barter in blood, Dread return, skull tap, etc etc are perfect examples of this. I would really like some unbias reviews of her since I know the idea of reanimation is to get creatures in the graveyard, not exile them. I just think she is rather powerful as a commander even if she isn't a key reanimation card.

Oona has no synergy in particular with reanimation other than that she is a UB card.
Actually that is perhaps too strong since her ability mills by exiling and some UB reanimator decks use milling to fill graveyards with reanimation targets. Although she doesn't help the reanimation plan she can contribute to the viability of mill as a win condition.
Overall, I would strongly prefer Grimgrin, Corpse Born for a reanimation general in these colors.
Oona is a pretty strong control finisher albeit one that is slow and requires a ton of mana. I like her better in the 99 but I don't see what's stopping you from making a strong UB control deck with her as your general.
My only advice is to remember her token making ability isn't too reliable versus three color decks unless you have a ton of mana to use. For this reason stax-y effects like Anowon or The Abyss have a place in the deck but it's not a theme I would go overboard with.
Thanks man, yeah as I said my deck is more creature control with reanimation options. Most of my current play group plays 2 colors some single and only 1 or 2 play tri-colored. I'd end up being a jerk and focusing on the 1 and 2 color decks and reanimate from tri-colored decks. As far as mill is concerned that's kinda last priority in my mind, I have decent combos for that like Geth's grimoirelore brokerwindfall getting the pieces out will be a bit rough but not impossible, other win conditions would include phage, the untouchable + ethereal usher/whispersilk cloak/or Dauthi embrace i'm still working on the deck list so it's probably not that great of a deck but i'll post more when I actually get to test it.
The most intuitive place to take the deck in my mind is Rings of Brighthearth with planeswalkers. Rings work with Oona and also with planeswalkers, since Oona tokens can chump attackers to defend the planeswalkers for a little bit.
My Oona control deck wins by locking the board down so it can mill you at leisure.
Have I mentioned lately how much fun you're not?
Meh, at least that explains why it's in neither of your decks and hasn't even been mentioned in the threads. I've only seen it once, and when I did, I hadn't expected it. I thought it was awesome, probably out of surprise alone.

"[Screw] you and the green you ramped in on." - My EDH battle cry. If I had one. Which I don't.
hmm what about heartless summoning? Seems like it'd work with the deck i'm going for especially with my myr retriever engine and could be useful with slaver control or what have you
haha yeah it is, if I could afford the cards i'd do jiv's oona deck or just copy competitive decklists but the play group i'm in play for fun so I figure why not play jankiness. Oh btw I got an addition to the lattice, Stripmine & Ghost quarters! essentially myr retriver would be a crucible with lattice on the field

oops, nvm on that I forgot it's just permanents
I only included the Lattice because I forgot Oona doesn't have to tap to use her ability and thought of it and the Sages as a way to untap her. Since she doesn't tap you don't need it.
yeah man, I forgot that lattice doesn't make cards in graveyards artifacts although lattice/forge in the deck might be good but I feel it's not needed. Maybe dreamborn muse could fit in well with the deck but it's already looking like decks I used to play back in mirrodin days anyways lol

Pristaxcontrombmodruu!
Tried it. It's bad.

Pristaxcontrombmodruu!
I try.
In my testing it just never did anything. It pitches to force like a boss though.
Creature Control (into reanimation)
Oona, queen of the Fae/Grave Pact/Heartless Summoning yeah sure my tokens auto die when they hit but i'd have a clear board for Oona beatdown plus i'd have viable options with chainer or Geth.
Free artifact reanimation/slaver control
Myr Retriever/Skeleton Shard/Heartless summoning/Mindslaver seems a bit janky but really fun with other options like braidwood sextant, Conjurer's bauble, Wayfinder's bauble, Phyrexian metamorph and even if they break a piece to the engine I can always get it back.
theft engines
Confiscate/Crystal Chimes or False Demise
Instant/Sorcery theft engine
Crystal shard/Chancellor of the spires
Card Draw Engine
Lore Broker/Geth's Grimoire
can also use freed from the real/library of leng and windfall with this one since I only play multiplayer edh
just for laughs
Noble Benefactor/Soul Foundry
i'm looking to get vedalken shackles, Mindslaver, bribery, Braids, conjurer's adept, Braid's, cabal minion, traumatize and a few others! open to other options
Janky engine themed huh
Just thought of Heartless Summoning, Salvaging Station, Lotus Bloom and Oona
