As a long time lurker and the usual one to post about potential combos in EDH (Even after my break from Magic for a bit) I am wondering what combos are in Red/White. I'm attempting to build a competitive Red/White Jor Kadeen Deck to show people that Red/White has it in it to win it above green, black and blue.
-What are possible infinite combos that take two pieces.
-What can I tutor for the combo pieces for in this deck.
-What combos would just be fun and competitive.

My favorite combos in Jor Kadeen are:
Metalcraft + Jor Kadeen.
Seriously if you build a really light aggro token deck with lots of artifact mana and land destruction he is a beast on his own. I run 33 land + 19 mana artifacts (including 4 Myr... which do NOT suck), and 10 mass land destruction spells. It's kind of an all in strategy, but it works.
Sun Titan + Aura of Silence = Tax Effect that kills something every turn.
Sun Titan + Impending Disaster = Hilarious.
Grafted Exoskeleton + Jor Kadeen = 1 shot kill.
You can do more traditional combos too, but they seem to take up space that more reliable means of winning can use.
Brion Stoutarm + Serra Avatar works, and won't garner you hate from your play group because you beat them with a 7 mana creature with an extra R to fling the damned thing. Phyrexian Devourer also works with Brion Stoutarm, though is bugged on MTGO(it self-sacrifices itself, even with the sacrifice trigger on the stack).
The big problem with R/W Combos is the lack of tutors in the color. Probably your best bet is to go for a 3-card Kiki-jiki, Mirror Breaker combo.
For Example:
Kiki-jiki, Lightning Crafter, Goblin Sledder. With Kiki and Sledder in play, drop Crafter, then tap Kiki to copy Crafter. Let the copy's Champion trigger resolve, exiling Kiki, tap it for a lightning Bolt, then sac it to the Sledder, returning Kiki to play untapped. Repeat as necessary to kill the entire board.

That's not a bug, it's a state based effect, there is no trigger involved in the sacrificing.
But on combos for red and white, I don't know of anything degenerate but there is some mean shenanigans that can go down with life total cards in those colors. Heartless Hidetsugu followed by Invincible Hymn is rude.

In that vein: Smokestack + Sundial of the Infinite is a soft lock ~> they get decked, unless they have something to remove an artifact for 2 mana in their deck. If you have a Sphere effect in play, its hard lock.
That's not a bug, it's a state based effect, there is no trigger involved in the sacrificing.
Actually, its first ability *is* a trigger, a state trigger to be specific. Until recently, it would also be sacrificed during the resolution of its activated ability if its power went above 7. MODO probably hasn't updated its functionality to reflect its current wording.
Mindslaver, Spine of Ish Sah, and Goblin Welder. 17 mana to start up, but only requires 11 mana to keep it going. Crack Slaver, cast Spine, Welder the Slaver back for the Spine (which goes to your hand), rinse and repeat.
Volcano Hellion could also get lifelink from True Conviction, I don't know about others, but I get True Conviction out alot, and it's almost always a Win condition in my GW Tokens.

Unfortuneatly Panoptic is banned, so that won't work. But you could also Sculpting Steel your Isochron and imprint Angel's Grace as an incredibly bad 4 card infinite turn engine.
The most important thing to making combos in red and white is knowing the tutors to use to get what you want.
Lets start with the basics:
You are always gonna want maximum colors so you'll want as many fetches and duals as you can. Filter lands are always good (rugged prarie?) and pain lands (battlefield forge) as well as the shock and dual land for r/w.
Secondly, white and red both have some good tutors:
I personally loathe infinite combos. I find them anticompetitive and un-fun. My favorite things to do in RW aren't so much combos as they are good synergy. Basically: widespread mayhem + protect myself from it. There are gobs of cards that can give you this kind of synergy, but here are a few of my favorites:
On the other hand, when playing with Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer, you'll probably want to stay away from blanket creature burn, because he works best in a weenie horde that would get wiped out. I would stick with red cards that put the players on a clock while protecting yourself from your own mayhem. In a pinch, (like if somebody toasts your CoP) it might not hurt to have Auratog or Claws of Gix to get rid of troublesome red enchantments before they hurt you.

WUBRGPauper Battle BoxWUBRG ... and why I am not a fan of Wayne Reynolds' Illustrations.
Also, Jor Kadeen(with metalcraft) + EoT White Sun's Zenith. It's WR's version of Army of the Damned! Also works with cycled Decree of Justice.

Why is this combo better than a two-card combo? The pieces are incredibly tutorable. Goblin Matron, Imperial Recruiter, Goblin Recruiter, Moggcatcher can all tutor the pieces. Any of them but G Recruiter can tutor the Goblin Recruiter, setting up Goblin Ringleader and then the three combo pieces.
You can also use Goblin Bombardment as your sac outlet here, which is easily tutorable with white's enchantment tutors (Enlightened Tutor, Idyllic Tutor, Academy Rector)
Alternately, you can use Thornbite Staff with Kiki-jiki and any creature that self-sacrifices, like Mogg Fanatic (or any meaningful sac outlet like Goblin Bombardment). White/Red have a ton of Equipment tutors - Godo, Bandit Warlord, Stoneforge Mystic, Taj-nar Swordsmith, Stonehewer Giant, Enlightened Tutor, Quest for the Holy Relic, Steelshaper Apprentice, Steelshaper's Gift.
Another option, if you get Imperial Recruiter, is to Recruit Kiki-jiki, Kiki recruiter to recruit Karmic Guide, then next turn Kiki Recruiter into a Goblin Sledder, Sac Kiki, Guide him back, Kiki Guide, Sacking Kiki in response, make infinite Guides. You can also use Village Bell Ringer and Sunstrike Legionnaire in place of guide, but they're a bit more niche.

You can persist combo without green now too with:
A) A persist Creature Thunderblust Twilight Shepherd Wingrattle Scarecrow
B) A way to have it enter the battlefield with a free +1/+1 counter: Dearly Departed
C) A Sacrifice outlet: Goblin Bombardment Greater Gargedon Blasting Station
For Artifact only combo's there infinite mana from Basalt Monolith + Rings of the Bright Hearth = Infinite mana. Then add Sensie's Divining Top and you draw your deck. Also:
A) Karn, Silver Golem or Toymaker
B) Ubral Mantle (or also Voltaic Construct )
C) An Artifact that taps for 3 or more like: Bassalt Monolith, Gilded Lotus, Thran Dynamo
= infinite mana & infinitely huge attacker.
Oh also Final Fortune, Last Chance, or Warrior's Oath imprinted on Spellbinder,Isochron Scepter, or Panoptic Mirror Along side Sundial of the Infinite (Platinum Angel too I suppose).
In that vein: Smokestack + Sundial of the Infinite is a soft lock ~> they get decked, unless they have something to remove an artifact for 2 mana in their deck. If you have a Sphere effect in play, its hard lock.

Yosei, the Morning Star + Lifeline + sac outlet. Not a truly infinite combo, but once it gets online it's hard to stop.

Unfortuneatly Panoptic is banned, so that won't work. But you could also Sculpting Steel your Isochron and imprint Angel's Grace as an incredibly bad 4 card infinite turn engine.
Another bad(but potentially brutal) combo is Sneak Attack + Enduring Renewal. Add in Yosei, the Morning Star and a sac outlet for some brutal lockdown.
1 Stoneforge mystic
1 Steel Shaper's Gift
1 Enlightened Tutor
1 Academy Rector
1 Stonehewer Giant
1 Idyllic Tutor
1 Land Tax
1 Gamble
1 Imperial Recruiter
1 "That goblin tutor that I can't remember now"
But those are basically your options.
Earthquake + Circle of Protection: Red
Pyrohemia + Sphere of Law
Kookus + Spirit Loop
Of course, if you want to go mono-red with it, there's pentagram of the ages, urza's armor, and loxodon warhammer, among others. Basilisk Collar works surprisingly well with Orcish Artillery and its clones. Boros MVPs Sunforger and Searing Meditation are golden. Enlightened Tutor will help let you grab many of these cards, and Burning Wish lets you pull some of the others out of a hat.
On the other hand, when playing with Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer, you'll probably want to stay away from blanket creature burn, because he works best in a weenie horde that would get wiped out. I would stick with red cards that put the players on a clock while protecting yourself from your own mayhem.
