Fauna Shaman is there for tutoring all that you need while enabling Threshold.
I could put Cloudstone Curio in here but I have a feeling it would paint me as a target too much. I've opted instead to keep the ball rolling with Dust Elemental when the time comes.
This is a work in progress and I'm not sure where I should be going with the deck. Keep in mind this is for multiplayer.
Something tells me I should be focusing on threshold more and Golgari Grave-Troll seems like it would be an awesome fit in here but oh what to remove? Also if I put the Troll in, I might need more recursion than just Witness and Lark...
I am also thinking I need some form of acceleration, Wood elves/Coiling Oracle would have a lot of synergy but something else could be better.
I would like to keep Heartwood Storyteller since we play a lot of team-type games and this deck is almost exclusively creatures.
Primary and only casual rule: "any rule that is fine for the most part of the playgroup, is a fine rule". So any further thread with: "if somebody uses/does .... in a casual game, is it ethical/ok?", read the answer above.
- Being a "Johnny/Spike" means you like self-torture. You win often in casual, so everybody hates you; you loose often in competitive, so you hate yourself.
Also don't forget the ninjas, you could use Ninja of the Deep Hours to go a little more aggroish.
Momentary Blink is really also very good in a deck like this. counter any spell targeting one of your creatures, reuse any cip effect, flashback.
I imagine this deck probably wants a way to get threshold. It'll be hard sometimes to get going, especially because you have no spells. You should probably try and take a more aggro approach early on until you have Hunting Grounds working. I think you could cut some of your toolbox creatures, especially because you have a good tutor like the Shaman.
Lastly you might want to consider ways to encourage your opponent to play spells. Howling Mine type effects might work well. You might want to try Rites of Flourishing, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, Lore Broker. I think those types of cards could have a dual purpose, helping you achieve threshold faster and encouraging your opponent to play more spells.
One single copy of Phantom Nishoba. Its a big, difficult to deal with threat with lifelink (whiich you could use), and it comes back into play with Reveillark.
I would also consider swapping out some of your critters for Glen Elendra Archmage, since she too is a good Reveillark target, while your other two counter-creatures are not.

@MCNINJA: Lore Broker is a nifty idea, I hadn't thought of this one... switch it for Mulldrifter?... that's quite a hard sell. Maybe I'll just cut some toolbox creatures like you suggested, at least this warrants some further testing, thanks.

Basicaly, when Hunting Grounds hits, you should be in the driver's seat, specifically, with rescuable Drainning Whelks and Mystic Snakes.

Thoughts?...
Then there are a few cards like Peel From Reality and Familiar's Ruse

Three final things I'd look at: Mistmeadow Witch, Seedborn Muse, and Nevermaker
What do you mean? last I checked, both Mystic Snake and Drainning Whelk were valid Reveillark targets.

Body Double has good synergy with the Shaman too.
I think having 3 Mystic Snake and 3 Draining Whelks is too much, you should start your cuts there.
