I'm pretty sure this deck speaks for itself, but I'm not completely sure on what dragons to use. I'm pretty much set on kilnmouth and bogardan, but the other two could be swapped for others.
A few things I'm worried about:
Lack of card drawing. Should I consider adding harmonize or maybe something like gift of the gargantuan? Or pretty much anything that lets me search my deck for critters?
I'm also worried that it might be too slow. Are there any other good accelerators that I could add to make it better?
Also: I prefer to make my casual decks type 1 legal, mostly because my friends seem to frown upon me playing 4 sol rings (or other banned/restricted cards). So please keep any that in mind for any suggestions.
Look at the card. Now back to Jace. Now back to that card, now back to Jace! Sadly, it isn't Jace, but if it stopped being a junk rare and became relevant, it could act like it's Jace. Crack some Worldwake. What do you have? You have a Jace, the card you wish this card could be like. Look again. THE CARD IS NOW A $75 BILL. Anything possible when you play Magic with Jace and not junk rares.
Ja-ja-ja-ja-ja-jace mind sculptor!
The dragon speakers though interesting, I probably won't use since I have no intent to hardcast most of my dragons (especially since some are off color too). But zirilan looks like fun, I'll have to try him out.
And thanks for the links, I look and see what they've got to offer me.
EDIT: I just realized that ancient tomb is not banned/restricted in legacy/vintage. So it looks like I can add 3 more of em (first I need to buy em :/ ). Also, I really like the idea of adding black to the deck for rituals and reanimation, so I'll look into perhaps going tri-color by adding lands like city of brass and forbidden orchard.

I would add voltaic key its a cheaper way to untap you artifact accelators. I also don't see where you are going are you looking to sneak attack the dragons in or play them for dragonstorm. with the mana availabe to you i am think you want to play so I would cut out two sneak attacks. I would also add tenab, the harvester, to be able to pull your dragons out of the grave if you do sneak attack or discard with knollspire
I'm running sneak attack, dragonstorm, and defense of the heart in this deck because I like to have multiple options to win. Though I can see how cutting a couple sneak attacks would be useful, since I only need one in play to be effective.
So how does this sound?
-2 sneak attack
+1 patriarch's bidding/tenab
+2 voltaic key
Yes that puts me at 61 cards, but I don't mind.
Also, what do you all think of using something like mortuary or dawn of the dead instead of bidding?
@ other poster regarding knollspine: I feel it's either him or dragon mage for some decent card drawing. Besides, he synergises(sp) well with bogardan hellkite.
For example: Play 2 seething songs + dragonstorm. Search for hellkite, do 5 damage, search for knollspine draw 5, search for kilnmouth if you got a nice hand full of dragons (2 is plenty most of the time).
Or: using sneak attack, play bogardan, play knollspine, draw 5, play more dragons.
And similar tricks with defense can work too. Also, it keeps the number of creatures your opponents play down since they wouldn't dare let it go off.
The dragon speakers though interesting, I probably won't use since I have no intent to hardcast most of my dragons (especially since some are off color too)
You know that will cause you to be EXTREMELY dependent onto Sneak Attack and Storm, don't you? Specially that controlling your Sneak is enough to shut you down, and make your deck a coin toss (if you will or not be able to Storm)
Another concern you should have is. What do you have to shut down aggro? Winnies seems to eat your deck into their breakfast. You'll only do something around 4th turn, where you'll be at danger zone.
All Storms decks control their boards before storming, and don't run more than 8 Dragons, since this will cause'em to compromise imporant slots with Dragons that won't win the game for them. Also, to properly storm, you find a way to improve your card draw and add cards with a very low cmc.
And even, don't mix Ritual with Song, they don't chain to storm.
I only can see 3 ways:
1) Focus storm and forget about sneaking, and use at most 8 Dragons.
2) Make a mono-r version, hardcast with the support of some other creatures
3) Make it mono-b and use'em as reanimated creatures (again, up to 8)
Hope being helpful.

Well do you have any particular control recommendations? All I can think off to start with is pyroclasm and flamebreak. What about pyrostatic pillar to punish them early?
Should I consider adding blue for card drawing and control?
Or what about white?
Really, I'm unfamiliar with control. I really don't even consider myself a great magic player (hence why this is casual), but if you can help me get on the right track that would be nice.
4 Bogardan Hellkite
4 Kilnmouth Dragon
4 Kokusho, the evening star
4 Broodmate Dragon

4 Dragon Storm
4 Seething Song
4 Rite of Flame
//Artifacts
1 Sol Ring
1 Mana Vault
1 Grim Monolith

Dragonspeaker Shaman makes your Dragons cheaper and Zirilan of the Claw lets you play Dragons from your deck.
There's also a couple of Dragon Decks floating around the casual forums. You should probably check them out for some more ideas.

Can't really think of anything else ATM. Knollspine Dragon seems a little demanding IMO as you have to do some damage for it to be effective.
