Hey- so I was kicking around the site and talking about that I miss when you got rewarded for playing one color. So I decided to get off my duff and design something that worked with it! This is rough right now, more a basic idea than an execution but I like the concept and wanted some input. What do you like, what do you hate, what else might work?
Couple of thoughts: you probably don't want Hunted Horror here. It's a super efficient creature, and it's a house in multiplayer, but in a duel, you don't really want to give your opponent two creatures with "protection from everything in your deck." I might play something like Vampire Nighthawk, even though it has a colorless mana symbol in the mana cost, because it's efficient, powerful, and doesn't give your opponent anything in the bargain.
Dark Ritual isn't a great card in a fair deck. Most of the things you do with it in a fair deck dramatically increases your chances of being two-for-oned, and I don't see the upside. It's a card you want when you're trying to combo or build storm count, not when you're trying to play creatures and turn them sideways. It's also a pretty miserable draw later in the game. You have a pretty low curve, and you have things to do every turn, so I don't know that the extra mana comes in handy. Run another removal spell, or something. Or another draw spell.
I also don't love your choice cards - Dash Hopes and Temporal Extortion. Dash Hopes never seems to be a counter when you need it to be. Same with Temporal Extortion. You're not going to get the result you "want" when you need it, and the choice is usually not as painful for your opponent as you want it to be. Play another creature like Geralf's Messenger, or Maga, Traitor to Mortals. Or bite the bullet and run a card like Corrupt that doesn't have a lot of B in the mana cost, but can get the last bit of damage through.
"It is not your place to rule, Radiant. It may not even be mine." ~Serra, Humble
"I Come Looking for Demons and I find a plane full of Angels. I Hate Angels" -Liliana Vess, Killing Wave
"Walls? What Walls?" ~Jaya Ballard, Task Mage, Word of Blasting
"I don't have to have the perfect plan. My foe just has to have an imperfect one." -Jace Beleren, Summoner's Bane
"When your cities and trinkets crumble, only nature will remain" ~Garruk Wildspeaker, Naturalize

Dragon Shadow or something similar could work. goes well with nantuko shade aswell.
