This deck gets the most out of Poison + Proliferate.
It uses the Mercadian Masks double stock lands. Combined with Proliferate, they never wear out.
All spells are colorless, so mana color is irrelevant.
Tips are welcome!
With only 12 creatures, you may come across a problem of hitting your target player for that initial poison counter to proliferate off of.

Interesting...when I made my 5-color proliferate deck, I never considered Throne of Geth at all for some reason. Now that I look at this list, the Throne seems a bit better than Thrummingbird, especially with useful artifacts to sac to the Throne...
I guess some tips would be to switch Gemstone Mine with Seat of the Synod, since color doesn't matter. It'll help with more proliferate action with the Throne.

I was thinking of making the deck GU instead of colorless 5C.
Using those two, I can add more infect and more proliferate.
In the land department, I'm doubtful between the Post-engine (Cloudpost/Glimmerpost) and blue/green artifact lands.
You realize that you can use the MM lands only once and then have to wait 'til you proliferate (else they're gone) ? That makes for a very shaky early game. It's a cute interaction, but I'd stay away from it or severly cut back.
City of Shadows is cool if you can add more counters to it without exiling countless creatures. You don't have to remove counters to generate mana, and a random chump blocker is exiled fast and without regret.
If you opt for Trinket Mage, Hankyu & Viridian Longbow gain additional appeal, but I'd add some copies of 'em anyways, as the mean you don't have to connect for damage in combat.

Trinket Mage toolbox may help, fetching Seat of the Synod if you include it. In my build I use it to fetch Amulet of Vigor since a majority of lands ETB tapped, Voltaic Key for double proliferate, Meekstone/Brittle Effigy for a bit of stall/removal, and Orochi Hatchery for the win-condition.

but over any artifact, if you can ramp in Inexorable Tide, every mana you use from your lands to cast a spell, recovery at same time
