I agree, I think you are too creature heavy, or maybe more to the point - you are running half an aggro creature base and the other half control, meaning it will be neither effectively. Personally I'd drop the aggro creatures and go more control oriented.
- Subtract creatures and Grafted Wargear
- Include sweepers (Wave of Reckoning should be cool in here) and straight card-draw
Your mana base also looks really funky with so many fetch lands vs so few standard lands. This is an aggro-deck land base, you'd probably want to up the pure land count a bit.
I don't think Counterbalance belongs in here. You need 4-of for the lock, and without the Top its completely unreliable. 80% of the time you'd wish it was a regular Counterspell.
All that said, you've definitely got some strong back-bone cards in here that will stand on their own. With these tweaks it should be a lot more consistent.
xInfamous: I already have another white / blue Singleton deck that is a control deck so wanted to make this one more aggro but with a enchantment control feel to it also.
On to your suggestions though, definitely can't believe I forgot the wrath effects I need to add some of them. Definitely want to add Wall of Denial. Definitely am adding Exalted Angel and Fact or Fiction.
Senor Mike: Am taking out Counterbalance for two reasons: 1. A lot of people have quit as soons as it comes out, & 2. It is a bit unreliable if I don't have the Sensei's Divining Top out.
Also the mana base has so few non basics because two of my favorite cards in the deck are Back to Basics and especially Land Tax.

I definitely saw the Land Tax and KotWO, it just seemed very funky. But I didn't playtest it, you'd know better than me if the mana base is problematic.
But now that I think about it, I do question Back to Basics a bit. In Singleton I feel like non-basics are far less of an issue, at least the mana producing ones. It really depends on how many utility lands you run into (Maze, Yavimaya Hollow, etc.), but if they aren't common I think you can improve on it.
Anyways, your changes all look for the better. Some final thoughts if you want to stay aggro:
- Azorius Guildmage: 2/2 for 2 with 2 fantastic abilities. Honestly I've never regretted playing this lady in any deck
- Pride of the Clouds: In this deck its probably a 2/2 at minimum, often a 4/4 or bigger.
Senor Mike: Yeah nearly everything has flying didn't think about adding Pride of the Clouds but am now definitely adding it. Am gonna take out [card]Ninja of the Deep Hours/card] as I feel I already have enough reliable draw in the deck probably and it doesn't have any evasion.
Although this deck is Singleton I mainly play casual on Magic Workstation so I am not usually playing against other Singleton decks, so the Back to Basics is actually a bit hit or miss, as usually in casual people either play nearly all non basics or are the kind of person who hate non basics and only play basics. For now am gonna keep it in but am gonna see how it goes from here on.
