Hey guys, I wasn't sure where exactly to post this deck, so I figured legacy casual was the best place for it. This is a deck that one of my friend's has been helping me develop for tribal night at our local game store.
You could improve it by making it more consistent. 1-ofs don't promote this. Also cut get it to 60 cards. These changes will make your deck a lot more consistent. Many of your choices also seem underwhelming. Since you appear to be on a budget, here is a more consistent list
This is actually a very consistent deck that I have run. The deck has card draw, pump, and ways to recover from board sweepers. The deck is also pretty cheap to build with I think the Rangers being the most expensive pieces. If you can't afford the Rangers, you can cut them, but up the Enlistment Officer count to compensate.
