I have had this deck for a while and just recently started playing again. I need some help with this seeing as I know nothing about the recent cards. Thanks ;D
Various humble thoughts to follow. Hope something's useful:
Seconding Hymn To Tourach, which is rather cheap and definitely top-tier for black discard.
Yep, 2 Liliana Vess is a great choice in place of the Diabolic Tutors (put in Duress where the other 2 were, perhaps*), as she can either vampiric tutor (without the life loss) or do a discard effect, every turn ... the final ability (put all creatures in all graveyards under your control) doesn't get used too much but will easily end a lot of games if you pull it off.
(*This looks nice to me for this section of the deck:)
Soul Spike seems iffy ... would use something like smother or innocent blood.
Agree with above, running 2 mind sludge, at most 3.
You want 4 Dark Ritual to make Hypnotic Specters optimal IMO. Would consider using Nantuko Shades (for a finisher) and Vampire Nighthawks (which can really mess with aggro players) instead of Undead Gladiator, Abyssal Nocturnus, and probably Necroskitter. Maybe the fourth Hypnotic Specter since they're awesome and you like discard. Specter, Shades, 'Hawks, and Rituals all cost like one to two dollars for an unplayed single, I think.
I believe to make Megrim/Liliana's Caress work you would want to focus the deck in that direction overall. Genocide just posted a relevant list in my Mono Black Control thread, with stuff like The Rack and Ensnaring Bridge.
You want somewhat more land, I'd say. 22 or 24 in this deck sounds better, if you have Dark Rituals. Besides straight swamps, a few Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth are worth looking at.
Sign In Blood is a decent thought if you want any card draw.
I would highly suggest these cards to be included:
Liliana's Caress Megrim
Your list shows you already have these, but I feel I should list it out. Hymn To Tourach
I agree with the guys above on this one. Anvil of Bogardan
I feel that this card is too often skipped over for Megrim type decks. Smallpox Pox
Both of these offer you creature control, land control, damage to opponent, and discard effects. Raven's Crime
This card will make your dead land draws not so dead any more. The Rack Quest for the Nihil Stone
Probably not both, but at least one of them. When your opponent has nothing left to discard and is in topdeck mode, you'll be stuck hoping they can't play the next card they draw (unless you have an Anvil out).
Soul Spike x4
Diabolic Tutor x4
Distress x4

I have looked at a lot of cards and I have found a couple I would like to buy if any of you have them. This is a might buy. Don't get too excited. ;D
Duress x4
Liliana's Caress x3
Inquisition of Kozilek x2-4?
Mind Sludge x4?
Liliana Vess x2
Suggestions are welcomed. Please help me with this, I have very little experience with the new sets.
i'd go with 2 or 3 mind sludge, not 4.
2 Vess ftw.
inquisition of kozilek x4
and why 4 megrim and 1 lilliana's caress ?
