Whenever Landbound Hellkite deals combat damage to a player, if Landbound Hellkite dealt 4 damage or more, you may gain control of target creature that player controls.
When Das, Aged Beyond Measure enters the battlefield, you gain life equal to the number of permanents on the battlefield.
When Das, Aged Beyond Measure dies, it deals damage to target player equal to the number of permanents on the battlefield.

Tyrantkin - UBR
Creature - Dragon
Flying, haste
Whenever Tyrantkin enters the battlefield or attacks, you may sacrifice a permanent. If you do, Tyrantkin deals damage equal to its power to target creature or player.

Why make a landbound dragon at all? There are Wurms and Hydras and Beasts and Basilisks and all kind of stuff that can be on the ground...
Ignoring that there is still the question how being landbound alone is enough to explain this ability?!

It's a Tyrantkin!!! Also it's tiny for a Dragon?!?!
Once again the question is why you bother making it a Dragon at all. You have the Drake option and even as I dislike the design in general (Why is it blue?) I'd not be baffled by its basic premise.

The legendary Dragon is underwhelming, but not as entirely puzzling as the other two.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Whenever Tyrantkin enters the battlefield or attacks, you may sacrifice a nonland permanent. If you do, Tyrantkin deals damage equal to its power to target creature or player.
I agree for the other parts, but this puzzles me.
You consider that card underwhelming?
Five mana 5/5 flyer that gains probably >10 life as it enters the battlefield and probably win the game if it dies. Oh, and it's legendary too, so putting two of those in the battlefield usually wins you the game from almost any life range.
Yeah, it's underwhelming design. It's the Lightning Helix to Kokusho, the Evening Star's Essence Drain.
Is it nice to have the possibility to pay ten mana for two dragons that die in the process of defeating one opponent? It can't hurt, right? I'm not disappointed about that play option.
Is it the best design you can come up with for your ancient legendary dragon character though? I wonder.
It's still better than the other two.

Like SecretInfiltrator said it could have been a beast or other thing
i would go for something like:
Ceta predator - URRG
Creature - Kavu
Haste, trample
Whenever Ceta predator deals damage to a player, if Ceta predator dealt 4 or more damage to that player this turn, you may gain control of target permanent that player controls.

Edit: flavor out
nice but under costed and way overpowered
make it like this and will be fine:

When Das, Aged Beyond Measure enters the battlefield, you may gain life equal to the number of permanents on the battlefield.
When Das, Aged Beyond Measure dies, it deals damage to each player equal to the number of permanents on the battlefield.
