Rakdos is not as sui-black as decks that used Dark Ritual when it was around, but I feel if there is ever a time to bring back rituals into black it would be on a multicolor set where it shares with red.
Then again even red rituals have required extra sacrifices to gain the mana, what do you think this card would need to see print under today's card design standards?

Yes sir, I take fantasy art and character design commissions, PM me for rates.
A redefinition of how hybrid mana works? It is impossible to "Add to your mana pool."
The spell would have to be worded something like this:
~~~~
Rakdos Ritual :symb::symr:
Sorcery
Add three mana in any combination of and/or to your mana pool.
~~~~
I don't think it's too far out there to be printed today. Pyretic Ritual is basically the same thing for mono-red, and that was printed in M11. Rituals have been moved to red's slice of the pie, but it did use to be a black effect, so I could see it as a Rakdos spell.

Its obviously not overpowered. Its more a question of the current color pie and whether or not they want to print any more cards like this.
I was about to pose the question of whether or not we ever see the split mana symbols used like that. It seems like a pretty narrow thing to bother changing(even if the split symbols do look cleaner). I think its pretty intuitive to anyone who has played with a "add any combination of X and Y" what the symbols mean in that context, but it may be less so to players who started playing after the change. It may be misconstrued as mana that is actually of both types.

No it's not.
106.8. If an effect would add mana represented by a hybrid mana symbol to a player's mana pool, that player chooses one half of that symbol. If a colored half is chosen, one mana of that color is added to that player's mana pool. If a colorless half is chosen, an amount of colorless mana represented by that half's number is added to that player's mana pool.

Well I stand corrected on the possibility. I guess that rule was added in the original Ravnica block for cards like Elemental Resonance.
Still, it's unlikely that they'd print a card with "Add :symbr::symbr::symbr: to your mana pool." due to the confusion noted by TheJacob.

Would never see print. Black doesnt get fast mana rituals anymore. and /tg/ told you the same thing.
If this card were printed, I'd praise whatever Bizarro Demon made it possible, and I would silently thank R&D for never thinking about Legacy ever as I take a copy of this Burning Wishable way for me to cast my Doomsdays, and I would tiptoe away silently before anyone managed to realize how much of a mistake that it was.

I think a somewhat strong combo that requires some sideboard is better than making it an instant so such combo doesn't happen.

I didn't mean to imply that making it an Instant would be better.
I think a Sorcery that is basically Cabal Ritual fills a very specific niche. The card you have proposed turns extra copies of Burning Wish into basically any card a person would need in a Storm deck.

Which is something entirely different.

You can find me on MTGO. My username is gereffi.
What are you basing this statement off of? Because if you're basing it off of Dark Ritual, you're comparing Time Walks to Time Warps.
