If im in an Shahrazad Sub game, can i use a wish to grab something from the main game? What would happen to that card after the sub game is finished if yes?
another if yes question: is Shahrazad considered to be on the stack in the main game when the sub game is going on? what if i decide to grab it in the the subgame with a burning wish?

Yes. Objects in the main game are considered outside the subgame. Any such objects will be shuffled into their owner's library in the main game when the main game resumes.
715.4. All objects in the main game and all cards outside the main game are considered outside the subgame (except those specifically brought into the subgame). All players not currently in the subgame are considered outside the subgame.
715.4a Some effects can bring cards into a game from outside of it. If a card is brought into a subgame from a main game, abilities in the main game that trigger on objects leaving a main-game zone will trigger, but they won't be put onto the stack until the main game resumes.
715.5. At the end of a subgame, each player takes all cards he or she owns that are in the subgame other than those in the subgame command zone, puts them into his or her main-game library, then shuffles them. This includes cards in the subgame's exile zone. Except as specified in rules 715.5a - c, all other objects in the subgame cease to exist, as do the zones created for the subgame. The main game continues from the point at which it was discontinued: First, the spell or ability that created the subgame finishes resolving, even if it was created by a spell card that's no longer on the stack. Then, if any main-game abilities triggered while the subgame was in progress due to cards being removed from the main game, those abilities are put onto the stack.
Example: If a card was brought into the subgame either from the main game or from outside the main game, that card will be put into its owner's main-game library when the subgame ends.

It is also important to remember that if you wish for something on the battlefield, it will case leaves the battlefield triggers to trigger, and they will go on the stack after shahrazed finishes resolving in the main game. Any items added to the sub game will be shuffled into the library when the main game resumes.

Regarding Shaharazad, if you're playing in a subgame and your opponent is about to exile your only win conditions, can you just choose to lose the subgame in response right away so you can keep these cards available in the main game?
You can concede a subgame at any time, but you don't need to worry about your win conditions being exiled - you shuffle your subgame exile zone back into your library when the subgame is over and you continue the main game.
I'm not sure what you're asking. Whether your wincon gets exiled in the subgame or you scoop, in both cases said wincon will be shuffled into your deck in the main game.

Be aware that if you Wish for the Shahrazad that's still on the Stack in the main game, the Shahrazad continues to resolve, despite the physical card no longer being there.
The same is true if you Wish for any other spell (represented by a card) on the stack. However, Wishing for things on the stack has a separate effect of summoning a Level 3 Judge to slap you across the face.

but does that mean all the cards in the subgame, is considered a part of the main game?
reason i ask is does that add to the storm count in the main game?

No, the subgame is separate from the main game in that regard, and you can't turn 4 the Shahrazad, then "lol Grapeshot" for infinite, that would be ridiculous.
Unfortunately, I don't have the specific subgame rules in my head at this point, so I can't quote irrelevant numbers at you. But spells cast in a subgame definitely do not count for Storm in the main game.

The same is true if you Wish for any other spell (represented by a card) on the stack.
This last statement is potentially misleading in the context of this particular scenario.
The only spell on the stack in the main game that is in the process of resolving is Shaharazad. Wishing for any other spell on that game's stack (which are all necessarily NOT in the process of resolving) will not result in that spell "continuing to resolve" once the main game has resumed.
Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
I'm confused by this. Are you saying that if my opponent casts Lightning Bolt targeting me, and in response I cast Quicken and then Shahrazad, and during the subgame created by Shahrazad my opponent casts Cunning Wish for the Lightning Bolt that was on the stack in the main game, when we return to the main game the Bolt will still resolve despite having been removed from the stack? I can't find anything in the Comprehensive Rules that supports this.
A spell can be removed from the stack (countering, returning to hand, etc), and it will prevent it from resolving.
Sorry, I was oversimplifying. Sure, if you quicken a Shahrazad, then wish for cards that are on the stack (but not yet resolving) below the Shahrazad, those spells won't resolve.
Stupid Shahrazad rules
