Ugh, I wish they hadn't announced it so early, then. The teasing is unnecessary as it's not really increasing my anticipation any more, it's just annoying me that I keep seeing new posts on this thread and I hope they finally put the list up.
That's exactly how I feel every time I see that there's a new post in this thread.
At this point, it's been so long since the product was announced that I don't think there's really anything else to talk about until the deck list is spoiled.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

I've been checking back quite a bit hoping for the same.
Plains - John Avon - 230
Island - Jung Park - 235
Island - Vincent Proce - 237
Swamp - John Avon - 238
Mountain - John Avon - 242
Forest - John Avon - 246
I'm pretty sure the thread title will be updated to say "Full Decklist" in parentheses once it's actually found.
(Sorry again to get your hopes up with this new post, lurkers!)

I agree. It would be nice if they would at least throw us a few cards. We've known about this for four months now and still don't even know a single card in the deck (good hints but nothing confirmed).
Not exactly a casual-friendly card..I could probably live without them.
Seriously? You don't have to use it to reanimate creatures. You could Entomb, say, Darksteel Forge/Akroma's Memorial and Argivian Restoration it. You could Entomb a land and play it with Crucible of Worlds. You could Entomb Life From the Loam and use cycling lands to mill yourself for your Lord of Extinction deck. You could even Snapcast Entomb for double the fun. You also don't have to reanimate the most oppressive creatures or run 1-2 mana reanimation. Unlike, say, Yawgmoth's Will or Arcbound Ravager, Entomb is playable even if you're not doing the most broken **** possible.

They didn't give us "a few cards" for any of the other ones. If they did, it was in the same week we had the full decklist... much like with dual decks.

I guess you forgot premium decks have transparent boxes. We got 5 cards or so, just by getting a product shot.
But Ravager seems to be just a very strong card within a casual artifact deck. It's just plating/clamp/artifact lands and disciple that put it over the top imho
Ravager isn't really that neat for a casual deck. It's only good for lightning fast kills before the opponent can stabalize. Arcbound Crusher is so much cooler. It has trample and you don't have to sacrifice your artifacts to pump it. That way, it doesn't get chump blocked by all the creatures people play.

On the product teaser they say exhume, entomb, reanimate... so those HAD BETTER BE IN. If not I will be damn pissed about my order!
Woot!!!!!! Reanimator yeah baby....love it!!
1.Entomb
2.Exhume
3.Reanimate
4.Animate Dead
5.Buried Alive
would prefer to have blue for card drawing/hand sculpting but they'd probably throw in some dredge mechanices I would think?

Yeah, that's what I meant by "good hints". It would just be nice to see a few cards to get me excited again. I had completely forgotten about this deck.
Will is either very bad or very broken, depending on the cards that surround it.
Not really. Will is an excellent late-game value card in any format with fetchlands and cheap removal+cantrips. It is just that very few people have had the opportunity to play with it in a fair deck.
Will can be fair if your deck has an exceedingly high curve without mana accel. If you aren't running tutors, rituals, or other cheap powerful cards beside it will becomes a regrowth or double regrowth effect for 2B lategame.
Yawgmoth's will can't be in this product anyways; it's on the reserved list.
Hopefully we get the list soon, I really want to know what's in here and whether it has entomb or not.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
Yes. I think it was in response to the person who said Goyf was going to be in there.

Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)
They could include Brainstorm, Careful Study, Dread Return, Cabal Teraphy, Etomb, Exhume, Reanimate, Iona, Shield of Emeria, Inkwell Leviathan... I really hope this isn't a new PDS: Slivers...
They probly learned from PDS: Slivers that it isn't good to sell an expensive product that has 0 useful cards in it. A selling point needs to exist within the set. There will be a few cards that have never been foiled before (Like we saw with PDS: Fire & Lightning) in order to get older Legacy players interested. There will also be cards that were foiled but just hard to find that people want (Grim Lavamancer with the alternate art picture as an example from F&L). Along with just all around making it an actually playable deck. PDS: Slivers had none of that and is still sitting on the store shelves at Walmarts around me while PDS: F&L is completely sold out from every brick and mortar stores around me for at least the last 6-8 months. Although so far this has been the year of the Flop so I guess this could be another one.

I still see PDS: F&L at local Walmarts and Targets in my area and they are half price now and still not selling. They have a giant red sticker on them that says 50% OFF - Now $17.99! I am in NE Ohio and they sold very, very slow around here for some reason. As for the Graveborn PDS, i'm just hoping for at least one Entomb, a couple Reanimates and an alt-art Iona or Cabal Therapy.
Not to mention Innistrad. Seriously people, just because YOU don't like it doesn't mean it's not flying off the shelves. WOTC is having a VERY good year.
