It is possible, but highly unlikely due to their format warping abilities. Of those three, the least overpowered one is Land Tax. It would do little more in the current formats (Standard and Modern) than a repeatable land fetch that only works if your opponent has played more lands than you. Most of the cards that make it overpowered have fortunately not been printed since before Classic.
That said, I don't think it will get reprinted in RTR, as its flavor lends itself to a setting outside of a cityscape.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).

I want some of whatever it is you're smoking. Land Tax is crazy strong. Force of Will is the only card of those three that is reprintable in any sort of standard legal form. Force of Will is not a good card in any format that doesn't possess turn 1 or 2 win combo decks.

I write about cube and run cube drafts on magic online.
Duck Shambles-You are making the same mistake in evaluating FoW others made years ago when it first came out it is in fact good in virtually every format even CA hungry ones like EDH, your right that it is the most reprintable by far.
If Counterspell is to good how the heck could Mana Drain be OK Hell there isn't even mana burn anymore. Whatever your smoking can I have some?
What is the point of threads like this, to out-noob others with your ridiculous evaluations of card power levels. No, Lotus Petal is to good but heck they will surely have Black Lotus.

Yes it is strong, but not in standard, which is the only measuring stick you actually need to use when determining whether or not a card has a possibility (however remotely, as the case may be) of being reprinted. it doesn't actually do anything other than fetching basic lands (and thus thinning your deck and fixing your mana curve) in standard, and that is only *if* your opponent has more lands than you. There are already several cards at lower rarities that do the same (but with different clauses). It is hardly broken.

I thought everything that came in From the Vault: Exiled was to never be reprinted again in a normal set?
*Duel Decks are not normal sets, neither are the Commander Pre-cons
Well, actually it was "anything that is on reserved list is never going to be printed again in any legal, playable form." Meaning no FtV's, Summer Releases, Standard, Premium Decks and especially standard legal sets!

And really we only have the idiots who are trying to make money from a hobby game like its a stocks investment to blame.
Which is really ridiculous since only the power 9 cards would be worth selling, but that fails since the only people who would want to buy it are magic players who cant afford them. And you risk loss on trades, more than you would gain.
Apparently the idea of diminishing returns is lost on those people.

Which is why I hope for the abolishment of the reserved list. Honestly, it should never have been made in the first place. It was made as a knee-jerk reaction to a vocal minority complaining about the reprints in chronicles of all things. >.<

Necropotence still fits in the name and number crunch. Im holding onto hope, as everyone should be.
That would get me to play Standard.
