Card Selection:
This deck is probably one of my best, though it has a very "no brainer" play style attached to it. I'll use this section to discuss a few of my card choices.
-Sunblast Angel - I'm considering taking her out, but at the moment she provides this deck with a satisfactory sweeper. I just wish I could play her through Kaalia and not kill Kaalia.
-Chancellor of the Annex - She's kinda just an annoying griefer card that is not really any fun to play with or play against... That really makes me wonder why she's in this deck...
-Akroma, Angel of Wrath/Akroma, Angel of Fury - Akroma is only my favorite creature of all time! I really just use the Twins as beastly beaters, just like everything else in this deck.
I would also cut a few of the subpar angels, demons and dragons to add some equipment tutors such as stoneforge mystic and stonehewer giant to reliably get you lightning greaves. Also, where's your swiftfoot boots and darksteel plate? Throw in some more removal while you are at it. Oblation and Chaos Warp are great for tucking pesky generals.
Look into True Conviction as well. It's a complete beating... No need to explain.
I would list more cards to cut but I'm not sure how you want to approach playing Kaalia. Check out my Kaalia list in my signature if you want to play a little more competitive, or just need some more ideas to reliably beat face.
Sunblast Angel looks like a bombo here...Kaalia will swing, then drop Sunblast and kill all tapped creatures(which of course includes Kaalia).
Yeah, every time I play her, I choose to play her without using Kaalia of the Vast's cheating ability. That's so that I can potentially wipe the board of everyone else's creature before my combat phase. But considering the fact that she is the only creature I have a problem playing through Kaalia, I do think that is cause to replace Sunblast Angel with something else.

As for Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant, I kinda like the fact that this deck is more or less a Tribal and that Kaalia of the Vast herself is the only exception to that. Oblation is pretty cool, I don't think I had ever seen it before. Which Commander deck was it reprinted in?
I think that without dedicated tribal support, there is really no reason to eschew amazing cards like Stoneforge Mystic or Mother of Runes for the sake of tribes. Of course I have a tendency to really optimize everything I do(I own a Beta Sinkhole that I play in my Kaalia) so there's that.

Thanks for telling me where to find Oblation. I saw that you could get it out of Onslaught, but I rather just buy the Commander deck and raid it for it components. Hahahah!
I actually had Mother of Runes in this deck for the lingest time and eventually choose to take it out for the sake of the Semi-Tribal that is now present in this deck.
I would personally argue against Ebon Dragon, Knollspine Dragon, Platinum Angel, and Pristine Angel.
- Ebon is cool, but I'm not sure he does enough, or does it efficiently enough.
- Knollspine is good, just not necessarily in Kaalia. Either you're hardcasting him main phase 2 (in which case why are you playing Kaalia/him in Kaalia), or you drop him off Kaalia and discard your hand for probably no reason.
- Platinum: Why not just run something that'll actually win?
- Pristine: Another good angel, but I would think the best use is something along her + vigilance, somehow + Worship, for eg.

Knollspine does seem like he'd be kinda like my Sunblast Angel, meaning that I have to play him without Kaalia of the Vast. Having too many cards like this might lead to issues for this deck.
I actually don't fully agree with your opinion of Platinum Angel. I think that if you play her because you don't currently have the means to win, but are expecting to draw one soon, she could be potentially useful.
And as I said above, Pristine Angel would definitely be sick with Concerted Effort.
I switched Shepherd of the Lost with Balefire Dragon. Now that Avacyn, Angel of Hope has been previewed, I really want one of her for this deck. She's up for pre-order on Starcity for 14.99$, but I think I'll wait till the release.
Ok, so I checked the thread a few times and found no mention of it yet, so... have you considered adding Rakdos the Defiler?
I tried him for a little bit, and while his "Whenever Rakdos the Defiler attacks..." Clause doesn't affect me when he's brought into play through Kaalia of the Vast, there's not enough Demons in this deck to really back him up every other time I swing with him.
I'm currently building Kaalia and am pretty new to EDH. Isn't your deck extremely light on land? I was always told that 40 land is pretty crucial. Considering Kaalia decks are expensive creatures, do you have issues with mana?

I try to put almost forty lands in every EDH deck I build. But over the course of me playing this one, I discovered that as long as Kaalia of the Vast is out, I really don't need too many lands in play. I really just need enough so that I can recast her should she be murdered. So I gradually pulled lands out of this deck and filled in the gaps with other things (Generally, I added more creatures).
I have to agree with Eriol, your mana base really just depends on your deck.
This deck is probably one of my best, though it has a very "no brainer" play style attached to it. I'll use this section to discuss a few of my card choices.
-Concerted Effort - This card is kinda like a lame version of Akroma's Memorial, which I don't happen to have, so I run Concerted Effort hoping that I'll play my Akromas and/or Voice of All.
-Sunblast Angel - I'm considering taking her out, but at the moment she provides this deck with a satisfactory sweeper. I just wish I could play her through Kaalia and not kill Kaalia.

Notes:
-I put in 0x Withengar Unbound so that the card would be tagged, but it wouldn't be tagged as me having two Elbrus, the Binding Blades.
-I want a Razia, Boros Archangel, an Iona, Shield of Emeria, and a Linvala, Keeper of Silence for this deck.
Cool Play:
-Possibly the greatest moment of me using this deck is when I had Concerted Effort, Akroma, Angel of Wrath, Akroma, Angel of Fury, and Voice of All (naming Green) out all at the same time, along with a few other creatures. The only thing that might could have made it better is if Baneslayer Angel was also in play, hahahahahahahaha!
-Besides these notes, feel free to comment and recommend cards for this deck!

What 3drinks said. Now for other suggestions...
I would personally cut coldsteel heart or fellwar stone for talisman of indulgence. It is literally a sulfurous springs in mana rock form. Speaking of sulfurous springs... I would replace all three bouncelands with the three appropriate painlands (such as sulfurous springs). They are very cheap and won't mess with your tempo at all. I also HIGHLY recommend hall of the bandit lord. It's a great haste enabler for Kaalia or anything you may have to end up hard casting late game.
I would also cut a few of the subpar angels, demons and dragons to add some equipment tutors such as stoneforge mystic and stonehewer giant to reliably get you lightning greaves. Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion should be Vault of the Archangel.

Kaalia of the Vast - I Got A Halo Round Me WBR
Thraximundar - Hack & Sac UBR
Stonebrow, Krosan Hero - Stone Brow Steve Austin RG

The Talisman of Indulgence and the Pain Lands are good ideas, I'll need to get my hands on some of those. Someone in my playgroup owns a Hall of the Bandit Lord they might be willing to trade with me.
Good catch on the Swiftfoot Boots and Darksteel Plate, I need to definitely add those. As for Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant, I kinda like the fact that this deck is more or less a Tribal and that Kaalia of the Vast herself is the only exception to that.

I've been meaning to get my hands on Vault of the Archangel, as it is one hell of a utility land. But, until I do get one, Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion makes an alright substitution.
True Conviction is so cool! I need one of those

Oblation was in the Political Puppets deck, with Zedruu the Greathearted. You could also find it as an Onslaught Rare.

Cover of Darkness gives your chosen creature type fear. I would run stuff like Rage Reflection/True Conviction over it in this case.

Dragon Tyrant seems like he'd be a one-hit wonder, as RRRR just seems like alot. But at a minimum, he's dealing 12 damage if you play him through Kaalia of the Vast.
Rune-Scarred Demon makes for easy access to Concerted Effort or some other much-needed card, I need to get my hands on one. Speaking of Concerted Effort, Pristine Angel synergizes really well with it.
I like Bloodgift Demon, as he's a Phyrexian Arena on a stick.
Balefire Dragon borders on broken, that's more of a reason to play with one. Hahahaha!
I hate the fact that I can't just slot these in right now, if only I owned one of every card... That would be excellent...
True Conviction had been previously mentioned, but man, Rage Reflection is awesome!

Nefarsus, I asked the same question about how much land to put into a EDH deck:
