I could use a QQ thread. What are some of your most depressing moments from AVR limited? Try to come up with something more than just an unfair Miracle topdeck. We all know how those feel.
Here are a couple of mine fresh in my memory:
Scene: 1-1 in 4 booster AVR sealed queue
Game 1 opponent plays Latch Seeker on turn 3 and Moonsilver Spear on turn 4. I have no way to interact and promptly lose. G2 he plays Latch Seeker on turn 3 but waits till turn 5 to play the Spear, playing Mist Raven on turn 4. I steal the game with a timely Midvast Protector on a 7/7 after he foolishly didn't chump the turn earlier. G3 he plays Latch Seeker on turn 3 and Moonsilver Spear on turn 4. It's like Invisible Stalker + equip, only instead of it having shroud, you just don't have removal.
Scene: 0-2 bracket in 4booster AVR sealed queue
I scouted the guy and it was obvious he was a noob. He was maindecking Angel's Mercy, Midnight Duelist, and that equipment that gives +0/+3. In any other format this would be an auto win barring mulls to 4, but in wacky AVR land, he has three powerful angels that overwhelm me: Restoration Angel, Angel of Jubilation, and Goldnight Redeemer. He draws his good cards more often than his unplayable ones and goes unpunished for his awful card evaluation skills.
At the start of M12 draft season, I 4-0'd with a fun, but otherwise mediocre Red-White aggro deck that had double Elite Vanguard, a Serra, and a bunch of removal.
Towards the end, I drafted a MUCH better version and lost to multiple bomby rares and mythics.
Also, 1-2'd with the White-Black aggro deck I wanted to draft in WZZ a month ago. I missed a 2-drop and a kitesail when they went by that my deck wanted. But other than those, my deck was sweet and I died to green countermagic and 8/8ifying rares.
GP Vancouver. Round that decides if I make day 2 or not. Opponent has a Wolfir Silverheart+Wandering Wolf thing going on, and I'm desperately trying to race with a Goldnight Redeemer. He's at 6 and I have a Mad Prophet that's desperately digging for outs... so I proceed to tap it on my turn (on the logic that if I draw one of my two Zealous Strikes or my Banishing Stroke, I win immediately or bypass the "hope he doesn't have a Joint Assault/Zealous Strike/etc" part of my strategy). Turns out I miscounted the damage on the board and what was a two turn clock I could outrace at 1 life turns into "I die on the alpha strike" since the Prophet was no longer available to block.
I was playing a draft the second week up avacyn being out and i was constructing my deck when the guy across from me spilled his cherry kool-aid all over mine and his cards, he had a griselbrand and I had a cavern of souls.

Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets. (Matthew 7:12)
Make the white queen run so fast, she hasn't got time to make you wise.
Pilot of the storm who leaves no trace, like thoughts inside a dream.
Doctor, my eyes, tell me what you see. I hear their cries... just say if it's too late for me.
Doctor, my eyes...cannot see the sky. Is this the prize for having learned how not to cry?
Wit's End is the PERFECT answer to your opponent's Monomania however.
Just hold on to your Wit's End when they Monomania, so you can Wit's End them on your next turn!!!
I think this is fairly reminiscent of the "Jace Battles" we have seen in past standards.. My guess is we will soon witness the great Monomania-Wit's End battles.

Lost round 1 2-0. Game 1 Turn 4 Goldnight Commander, turn 5 Cathar's Crusade, turn 6 Voice of the Provinces.
game 2: turn 3 wolfir Avenger, turn 4 silverblade paladin (no pair), turn 5 Sigarda.
Because: fair.

Asking people to remove quotes in their signatures is tyranny! If I can't say something just because someone's feelings are hurt then no one would ever be able to say anything! Political correctness is stupid.
other peoples are better, and it's not AVR specific, but I was kicking myself afterwards. THis goes for both one of my best and worst:
Made it to round 3 (mtgo), after playing one of the weirdest limited games I've been a part of. Round 2 game 2 I had avacyn, angel of hope out, while my opponent had seraph of dawn that was ressurected with the +2+2 counters, cathars crusade in play, and soulbound with a spectral gateguards. He just starts laying out creatures (ended up with like a 17/19 seraph), while I just kept drawing little stupid [indestructable] guys. He couldn't get the damage past cause I'd speed bump his 15/15 with riot ringleader, or kruin striker, or somberwald vigilante. Game ended with them decking themselves. I felt bad for everyone except myself (guy waiting, opponent).
I was so tired after that I just sort of zoned out, and when I thought I was playing first I actually mulled a great hand. No lands so had to mull to 5. Lost that.
Next game I was being beaten down with another seraph, but had avacyn in my hand. I had 5 turns to draw a single land that would have won me the game but I never did. I left it feeling fine, thinking to myself it's the universe balancing out after that last game ha.
This just made me feel bad for my opponent, did this a couple weeks ago with W/G Aggro.
Opening Hand: Too much ramp, one Sigarda, one Oblivion Ring
T1: Forest, play Birds
T2: Razorverge, play 2 more birds
T3: Land, 4th Bird, Sigarda
T4: Land, remove his threats (geralf messenger mainly)
T5: Land, Silverblade Paladin binds to Sigarda, Oblivion ring on opponents Geralf's Messenger
Opponent was playing a mono-black zombie deck, wasn't sleeving his cards, definitely a new player. He had some opening threats that I swatted away and he just kept drawing swamps... Happened in both games, went 2-0 that match.
I felt kinda bad.

I think this is the wrong section. This is Limited, not Standard Constructed.
Mull to 4 or less every. single. game. 0-2, 0-2, 0-2. I come last. It's not even funny. I start the game on the play with a 3-Land hand 3 times.
Did you seriously have that pull? Two Tamiyo seems a bit suspect, especially with Deadeye Navigator and so many Mist Ravens. I guess people avoided Blue like the plague regardless of power level.

It was not even fun to win that way. I don't want to know that I gave someone the least enjoyable game they've ever had.
