Sorry, but that doesn't work.
I was looking for something more along the lines of "Turn 1 I have a 5/5 haste, double strike, and infect" (or at least something that will guarantee you win regardless of what your opponent is running, disregarding cards like gut shot or mental misstep), not "I mill my opponent perfectly and they instantly lose". Try to keep it within your own deck. Act as if your opponent does nothing but draw, go, and that you don't have to rely on them milling the perfect cards for your deck.
tl;dr: Don't rely on your opponent's deck to win.

use ooze to make a token, then sac the token. grow ooze to 20/20. swing ftw

Nothing in the thread is going to work, it's all just funny situations that have an extremely low probability to occur.
Or you know, 1 Blightsteel Colossus. Creatures that appear from Karn's ability don't have summoning sickness on the first turn.
Actually they do. Karn doesn't grant creatures haste. I don't understand why you would think they don't have summoning sickness.

I posted this in a random thread before but its really funny, (and complicated)
mountain, 2x infernal plunge, 2x memnite. 1x Geosurge, 1x knowledge pool, draw 1x any red card that deals at least 1 damage and costs at most 1 red mana
cast sphinx revealing 5 phyrexian mana spells, take the minimum 3 card pile.
cast another phyrexian spell to cast curse, cast another to cast, urubrask, cast the last free spell to get your original burn spell. attack with 9 hasted power+burn spell to deal at least 10 which is doubled by curse to 20 for lethal.
there may be a better way to get 6 mana in 5(6) cards at which point it can be done on the play but i cant think of one right now

Actually, the creatures DON'T have summoning sickness, as they are put on the battlefield before the game begins. RTFC
MTGS egos at their finest.
Thoughts on proxies:
You start your first upkeep with the creatures under your control, so they lose their summoning sickness and can attack.
