I've watched, FMA, Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, Bleach, Durarara!, and I currently keep up with Naruto Shippuden just because after suffering through the entire first half of the story when they were kids I owe it to myself to see some killing and suffering later on.
Honestly, much of the appeal of Naruto lies with the older ninja who have stories that even develop further to a head for instance where we are with the japanese sub.....with Kakashi involved with the fight against Tobi (I won't spoil if you can't figure it out)
I've seen a couple episodes of Death Note and like it enough to watch the whole thing eventually.
I wanna see Pupa! I hope they don't censor anything to make it throught the studio (I saw that they didn't launched yet because they don't want to censor anything and are having a hard time getting a studio to air it)
This season is shaping up to be pretty damn good. I think I'm watching 17 or so series and am thoroughly enjoying all of them.
Most exciting anime of the season so far is either Kill La Kill, Kyoukai no Kanata, or Kyousogiga.(Ippo and Kuoroko get honorable mentions but I know what happens, so it kills the anticipation a bit)
Most interesting as far as plot is concerned is Nagi no Asukara or Samurai Flamenco, while Kyousougiga and Kyoukai no Kanat also provide some interesting plot points to go along with the action.
Funniest is NouCome by a country mile. Kill La Kill and Golden time provide some solid laughs, but NouCome is just so damn funny. Laugh out loud through the entire first two episodes.
Hajime no Ippo has 104 volumes, but yeah i get the point. It is one of the best manga out there. It has everything you want in a shounen and is just a ton of fun.

really? whats the current chapter then, because it may be the numbering is off.
The real good thing about it is that his "super special attack" is still very human, while feeling like an inhuman power. Its a very rare thing ive found and enjoy it a lot.
So, I just finished watching the English Subbed episodes 15-25 of Sword Art: Online, gotta say, I liked it. Some people here said stop watching after 14, that it got worse. But it actually didn't.
I hope they do more, honestly.

They have up through 1035 or so Scanalated, so they are probably on ~1040 or so in Japan. They have through chapater 1021 in tankoban form. Chapter 1012-1021 comprise Volume 104. Which is from just after the latest Sendou-Ippo sparring match through the build up of Alfredo Gonzales.
On a different note, Kyoukai no kanata is sooooo goood.
considering consolidating my anime collection, though a good chuck of it is bootlegged.
first anime up on my chopping block is Peacemaker Kurogane... after watching Rurouni Kenshin, it was nice to see a pre-Imperalist Revolution anime, but the Hajime Saito from Peacemaker seemed too loopy and spiritualist compared to the cutthroat Saito in kenshin.
I may also try to consolidate Spice & Wolf, Kenichi and Fairy Tail to the season boxes.

I heard the Gun gale Arc is fairly good so I also hope they do more.
I wasn't a big fan of it suddenly becoming harem and the Elfheim arc was just really too light compared to the first arc. But yeah to each their own man. Honestly I don't agree with anyone when they say "hey just stop watching ______ after episode __ cause it totally starts to suck" Taking the whole thing as a whole and forming your own opinion is a much better way to go about it.
Kinda related: Log Horizon is pretty solid so far. Really enjoying the more MMO-esque aspects of the show.
In the spirit of Halloween, I decided to watch a horror anime called Another. Incredibly gory, and sufficiently creepy for my tastes. The ending was good, but a little less clever than I was expecting. All in all a solid 8/10, and a good watch if you can stomach gruesome deaths.

"Proving god exists isn't hard. Proving god is God is the tricky part" - Roommate
Just started watching Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo (The Pet Girl of Sakurasou). Cute so far, something like a weird hybrid of Toradora and Welcome to the NHK (less innocent than the former, but less serious than the latter). At least up through episode 4 it's pretty good, and honestly, if they had wanted to, they could have ended the series at episode 4 as a nice little mini-series. Most full length series don't get that neat a wrap-up.

I watched that over the summer. Was super cute and usually had me rolling on the floor laughing (in most episodes). I agree it had some spots where it should have stopped or were slow, but I was also happy it continued and expanded on some things.
EDH is like French fries: some people like waffle cut, crinkle cut, or plain old straight cut, and while there's slight flavor difference and personal preference, at the end of the day they're still fries.

I'm not saying that I think it SHOULD have stopped at episode 4, just that I'M only at episode 4 and if the anime stopped here it'd still be a pretty good watch.

It does get a little draggy at times though. I just remember watching an episode or two, then not watching for a week, coming back to it, laughing really hard and thinking to myself why I haven't been watching this more. That continued until like the last 4 episodes in which I just sprint finished.

I've recently begun watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The original FMA is one of my childhood favorites, but I'm also enjoying Brotherhood so far. I'm on episode 19, and I'm not seeing too much that's terribly different from the original up to this point, but I have noticed some slight changes as well as the cutting out of some filler.
Me! Along with pretty much everything else this season.
If you like Kill La Kill you should check out Kyousougiga. It airs on early thursday mornings in Japan, so wedsenday mornings in america.
