Should we add anything to the deck to deal with cards like Hurricane?
Mark of Asylum could be decent, but we're running out of room.
I'm going to add two Seaside Havens to the deck since we have a ton of birds - it's especially synergistic with Welkin Hawk.
Voting against Angelic Skirmisher because it has a much higher CMC than the rest of the deck and isn't really necessary - the vigilance on attack/first strike on defense trick is cool but Solitary Confinement does a much better job at making it hard to attack us.
Voting to drop to two on Pride of the Clouds since the forecast is pretty inefficient; it's a good finisher but the deck should be able to draw into them.
The other suggestion I would make (once a little more space opens up) is to add a couple of copies of Sky Hussar as an alternate draw engine. Edric gets us more cards but is easier to remove, and Hussar lets us keep a Solitary Confinement going if Edric gets bolted.
Adding in 3 Lonely Sandbar because drawing never goes out of style, and with the low curve, IMO 3 is enough to not cause a major issue. In my experience, having one in your opening hand isn't too bad unless you're running strictly 1 cmc spells. This card has helped me many times mid/late game when I REALLY don't need to draw a land!
voting to remove Pegasus Mesa- unless someone plans to add Fertile Ground/Wild Growth and Earthcraft, this card is a mana-intensive waste of space. not to mention we're attempting three colors and this card is best suited to mono or two.
voting out one Solitary Confinement- we'd rather not get one in hand until we have a dependable draw engine.
Since green is mostly an afterthought, 4 Bant Panorama- to enable fetching the colors we need and to provide mana when we need it.
with thirteen land-slots left, we could consider the balance of basics and what other non-basics we could use. [maybe Tranquil thickets when we have the needed green mana?]

I say we remove Lonely Sandbar for Tranquil Thicket/Slippery Karst?
That way we can split the remaining landslots in a 4:symu:/4:symw:/1:symg: as we have the Ruins and Citadel to get us more than enough to support the green in the deck.
once we have enough supply [bounced by the Ruins if need be], the Thickets can be cycled for easy draw- or discard to Confinement.
I don't mind dropping the number of Panorama's we have...

Adding 2 Sky Hussar for the reasons I stated on the previous page - it's a backup draw engine that's a lot harder to remove than Edric is.
Voting against all copies of Flurry of Wings - it's really color-intensive, inefficient as a defensive trick (Fog?) and highly win-more as an offensive one.
Voting against Sacred Mesa since it sucks up mana to keep it going and the deck isn't likely to have a ton of spare mana lying around.
Fixing numbers - we were at 71 total cards and 25 creatures before this post.
3 Collective Blessing- it is expensive, but we are happy to see it in multiples and we want to see one early for AWESOMESTORMCROWBEATDOWNS

Aww I like this deck and I'm sad to see that it came to a halt. I'll try and get the ball rolling again.
Let's finish it off by adding in a pair of Idyllic Tutor. We run a lot of Enchantments and this can grab us whatever we need.
Voting off some cards for trimming now:

I agree with lowering the count of the enchantments. only a few of them are cumulative, but even then aren't useful in multiples. I've already voted against Solitary Confinement, so ticking against the others.
Furthermore, rescinding my vote to trim Flurry to change it remove entirely. It's a very conditional win-more card- and it's gone.

Voting in agreement with all of the count reduction for the various enchantments. I like the versatility Idyllic Tutor gives us so we can run smaller numbers of the enchantments as a toolbox. I'm going to vote to remove two copies of Collective Blessing - it's a great effect but at a fairly high cost and we have the Favorable Winds already. Still useful but I'd rather play Gravitational Shift under most circumstances.
Bower Passage, Gravitational Shift, Solitary Confinement and Collective Blessing are thus reduced by one copy each, with a single vote to reduce Collective Blessing by another copy.
Confirming votes against Thieving Magpie (high CMC, we have better draw engines) and one of Edric (risk of dead card in hand due to legend rule).
Voting against Sprite Noble since Favorable Winds plays a similar role and is a good deal easier to cast in a 3-color deck - plus, the Winds are more likely to stick around through a board wipe.
Voting against Lonely Sandbar and adding 3 Tranquil Thicket as suggested above, because green is more likely to be the color we don't need a lot of.

I'm not sure how this works, but why aren't you using bird-themed spells like Airborne Aid or Wing Shards?
because we're not playing true Birds tribal. Airborne Aid would be nice with the Crows, Hawks, and all the tokens we'd get from the Pride... Wing Shards make no sense in the deck.
the focal point of the deck is the "sheer crème-ur-shorts" power of Storm Crow and we kinda played off that flavor with Willow Faerie and Armored Pegasus- 1/2 Flying 2-drops. too bad we couldn't get Bird Maiden in.

I hope I'm doing this right, and not adding too many cards to discus. I'm thinking -4 Willow Faerie + 2 Scryb Sprites +2 Flying Men. Since the deck has no one drops. I vote to keep the cycle lands and add 3 Life from the Loam. This can help keep solitary confinement online and add another draw engine. Also +2 Emeria Angel as an efficient creature that makes more birds. I also second the vote to remove 2 Armored Pegasus, and the vote to remove a Thieving Magpie. Also went ahead and removed a land spot (as the third vote)
I'd like to make a suggestion to remove 1 Thieving Magpie as well. Also, this deck doesn't have a really high curve, so also voting to remove a single land slot.

Confirming votes against Thieving Magpie (high CMC, we have better draw engines) and one of Edric (risk of dead card in hand due to legend rule).
Voting against Sprite Noble since Favorable Winds plays a similar role and is a good deal easier to cast in a 3-color deck - plus, the Winds are more likely to stick around through a board wipe.
Voting against Lonely Sandbar and adding 3 Tranquil Thicket as suggested above, because green is more likely to be the color we don't need a lot of.

Wing Shards make no sense in the deck.
the focal point of the deck is the "sheer crème-ur-shorts" power of Storm Crow and we kinda played off that flavor with Willow Faerie and Armored Pegasus- 1/2 Flying 2-drops. too bad we couldn't get Bird Maiden in.

Voting out Sprite Noble. The mana cost is too difficult and the effect is too limited.
Voting out two copies of Armored Pegasus, we need to cut something and I'm eying the vanilla flyers.
Voting to keep Thieving Magpie, I think it is good utility for the deck.
Voting to remove one Collective Blessing. It is too expensive IMHO.
