So...this is kinda embarrassing but I don't know where else to go for help so I have to ask you guys....please don't judge me.....
Recently I haven't been as regular as I would like to be...and by that I mean...It's been 4 days sense I have last relived myself.
I have tried Bran, prunes and even laxatives but nothing works!
Somebody help me!!!!!
Go talk to a doctor, the longer you wait the more issues you're going to have if its something serious. They can also look at your diet and other factors to why you're constipated and how to prevent it or at least ways to relieve the problem.

I fell asleep on the toilet after dwoning a bunch of lax, I woke up with poop in the toilet
LMAO! EPIC WIN! I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't laugh but that is the funniest thing I've read all week!
It sounds like you need to eat more fiber. I have this problem too sometimes. I have found that if I eat Grape Nuts for breakfast it helps keep me regular. If you don't like them try what I do. Put some honey on them and a little bit of butter(and of course the milk) and microwave it for about a minute or a minute and a half. It may sound odd but it does tast pretty good and it helps keep ya poopin.
Oh, and try to cut back on the red meat. That stuff will back you up bad.
Word of advice: no matter how backed up you are, you never need a double dose of laxative. I may or may not be speaking from experience here:embarrass:
If laxatives haven't done anything for you...I hate to say it, but a doctor will probably tell you to get an enema. Regardless, a visit to the doctor would be a good idea.
As others have said, your diet plays a big role in your regularity. Cut back on meats and cheeses, get more whole grains and veggies in.

LMAO! Congratulations dude. Btw, to prevent such a thing in the future, try a few things (I'm sure you know quite a few of these already, but take it from a guy who has the best slightly soft slippery sliding stools in the world):
-Munch on raw veggies like carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, bell peppers, etc. throughout the day
-Eat at least a serving of beans or lentils each day. There are many benefits to be had besides the wonders they do for your poo
-Whole grains (oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain bread, etc.)
-Blueberries
-Flaxseed
-Drink lots of water
I have IBS and have unfortunately encountered situations such as this.
You already know that dietary fiber is your friend. If you're finding it hard to get your fiber in during the day, buy a pack of Fiber One bars. I prefer Oats & Chocolate, but the Peanut Butter ones are good too. If you have access to either a Sam's or Costco, that's where your best price is for them in bulk. I have one almost every day for breakfast. One bar will provide 1/3 of your RDA of dietary fiber and they actually taste pretty good too.
I also have to take a probiotic supplement and watch my meat and cheese intake or else I suffer greatly. Not only do I get severely stopped up, but immense intestinal pains accompany any poor food choice on my part.
If you haven't yet, cut out every instance of partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats) from your diet, as they will only exacerbate your problems (in addition to causing all sorts of other health problems to boot).
Don't rely on laxatives but for a rare emergency because your system will become overly dependent on them and will not work properly without them in your system if they are overused.
This is, truly, the hardest i've lol'd in some time.
I agree with kank that the Fiber One bars are quite tasty.
I think everyone's been in a similar situation, at least once. Fiber One also makes really awesome white bread (better than their oat/flax/wheat/what have you stuff) that helps you with fiber intake.
Laxtives such as lactulose don't work at higher dosages or taking it multiple times. If you fails to pass even after taking a laxative, SEE A DOCTOR.
Just to reiterate, you should definitely see a doctor and tell them that you failed to go for 4 days. That is a pretty big deal, and may not just be diet related. It's a good excuse for a check up.

I'll be sad if people don't start calling The Chain Veil "Fleetwood Mac."

I can't say this is really adding to the conversation in any way.
