Don't know how to evaluate the card, but having an auto-recursive land might open up some strange gimmicks... I just can't think of which ones.
Dust Bowl - extremely expensive but you could strip and maintain land counts. Faithless Looting - ramp a land when you throw this away.
Self Milling - another option for setting up a land ramped.
This is great. Just having value from the graveyard in this way in EDH is good enough in most dredgy decks. Reminds me of Zoetic Cavern in the way that it ramps you in a strange way.

Posted Mar 19, 2016With only 2 Lotus Cobra and Zuran Orb you have infinite life. The 3rd Lotus Cobra just gives infinite mana of any color.Edit: Raticle, fair enough. I didn't notice that last word at the bottom there.
