So relieved to learn that this is the planeswalker deck version.

Lets see, lets go over this card. To be useful does it require you be in a very narrow deck? Yes. Is it over costed for said deck? Yes. Does it require an established board to do anything? Yes. Does the ultimate win the game by itself? No. Does it protect itself? Only if you already have a large creature that could block to protect it already. Does it draw you cards? No.

Why would anyone play this card? I wouldn't

what makes tibalt a bad card is the fact that he can't protect himself not that he doesn't do anything. This card does, tibalt's +1 is terrible discarding cards at random is horrible and his other abilities don't do anything because he 0 ways to protect himself to get to that point. Where as this card while being bad still protect's itself by being able to kill a monster. Even if that means you have to already have a creature out it still does way more then the useless plainswalkers there are in this game.

Yes, this is true. But all the other planeswalkers in the other planeswalker decks were playable but overcosted. This just isn't playable. It makes Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded look strong as at least he does something without a very narrow creature type being on the field. This card literally does nothing without a dinosaur on the field, and cost six. This very well could be the worse walker ever printed. It is as narrow as Nissa Revane in a less supported tribe but cost more and does less. There is bad cards and then there are unplayable stuff, this crosses the that line.

it's the plainswalker deck, it's not meant to be good. It's like an intro deck but based around a plainswalker
