When Vizier of the Anointed enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a creature card with eternalize or embalm, put that card into your graveyard, then shuffle your library.
Whenever you activate an eternalize or embalm ability, draw a card.
Card Rulings
7/14/2017 If you activate an eternalize or embalm ability, you’ll draw a card before that ability resolves, but after you’ve paid all of the costs for that ability. If an eternalize ability requires a discard to activate, you’ll need to have another card available to discard.

Posted Jun 28, 2017Meh. It's one uncommon in a block littered with the mechanics it mentions. And it's a powerful reeard for those who ise eternalize and embalm.
If they just let you shove any creature into your graveyard they'd have to notch it up in rarity and CMC, that's way too abusable an effect.
As an uncommon, in the block it's in, it's a fun and potentially powerful card.
