Carter has been playing [b]Magic[/b] since 1994 and has been a certified judge since 1997. He has judged at every size and type of event, and he's always interested in new ideas to make events and [b]Magic[/b] better for the gaming community. Carter enjoys helping players understand the rules, even if his analogies aren't as funny as he thinks they are.
