This article series documents the price changes of cards in print. This article will track how cards go from release to its time out of Standard, and as long as deemed necessary for non-Standard sets, as well as offer insight into what cards to invest in and what to ignore. The Magic Market is a dangerous place, and this article is here to help guide players and speculators through the murky waters to greater returns.
This article will be updated, starting next week, once a week on Wednesdays. This will give time to let the market adept to changes in the meta and the market, as well as being late enough in the week that it is not completely unreliable prior to going into the Magic the Gathering weekend events. The next article will be the last update with Theros Block and Magic 2015 and will contain closing thoughts.
There will be upcoming changes that will be implemented periodically throughout this time until Battle for Zendikar is Standard Legal. Feel free to comment about the changes. With the inclusion of Battle for Zendikar this article will be tracking the value of the set like the individual prices. Please comment what else should be included on this article series.

Posted Sep 30, 2015I second this request. It would be fascinating to keep track of the value history of the Expeditions! This subset is a first for Magic* so nobody really knows how the prices will settle.
(* Planeshift also had alt-art chase foils, but they were far less interesting)
